01. A Letter to the Procrastinator

Everybody has procrastinated at some point in their lives; whether you’re an artist who lets your unbelievably high standards keep you from letting the world see your work because it’s “not ready yet,” you have some work that you’re currently holding off on, maybe you’ve been wanting to start a new habit like going to the gym but haven’t yet, or want to follow your dreams and just haven’t taken the leap yet. It’s so easy nowadays to procrastinate on things that need to get done.

But believe it or not, procrastination doesn’t always stem from laziness. It can be because you’re a master perfectionist, you find yourself overwhelmed by the amount of work that you have to do, you find yourself with low self-esteem, or you just have trouble focusing.
