30 Days of Self Reflection

  • 30-Days of Self-Reflection is an e-journal that provides a roadmap for healing and growth. This journal will bring you on a journey of deep self-reflection over the course of 30 days, separated into 5 weekly categories that are designed to build off of each other.

    It’s carefully designed to bring even more value and deep reflections than the previous 7-day journal.

    I genuinely believe that healing becomes easier if it’s not done alone. There’s so much power in being vulnerable and sharing your own story, so in this journal, I also make it a space where I share some of my own personal stories and inner thoughts that have led me to learn some of the lessons that I’ve learned. By sharing some of my own stories, I hope that it makes this journal not only more personal but more inspiring to embody your own hardships and inner resilience as well.

    I’m currently in the process of writing this journal and I'm meticulously putting efforts into ensuring that this 30-day version is full of thought, care, and value that you can take from and apply to your everyday life.
